She may not be wearing her engagement ring, but Miley Cyrus, 20, isn’t ready to call off her relationship with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, 23, yet.
“She’s hoping to save her relationship by enlisting a therapist,” an insider close to Miley reveals to In Touch, on newsstands now. “She knows that Liam has one foot out the door and that she’ll lose him if she doesn’t act fast.”
Their relationship has been questionable since February, when Liam was seen leaving a pre-Oscar party with Mad Men actress January Jones. “Miley and Liam fight constantly because he’s always questioning if she’s the same girl he fell in love with,” the insider tells In Touch, adding that “he doesn’t understand all of her new changes in life.”
The source continues that Miley is hoping that “professional help” and possibly even “enlisting more of a spiritual counselor figure” will turn things around for the couple, “even though they’re both not happy.”
