Candie’s surprised Bella Thorne with a special birthday cake for her sweet sixteen last night at STK in LA. The cake was over the top pink and black and was adorned with stars, pearls and ribbons topped with a pair of signature Candie’s high heels! {Wonder what kind of cake it was on the inside!}
