It looks like someone else has eyes for Justin Bieber’s rumored new girlfriend, Jacque Rae Pyles!

In Touch has learned that Jacque, 19, was recently spotted chatting with up-and-coming Australian singer Cody Simpson at West Hollywood’s Andaz hotel.

“They were very flirty with each other,” an eyewitness dishes to the new issue of In Touch, on stands now. “She was giggling and hanging on his every word.”

Adding insult to injury: Cody, 16, and Justin, 19, are touring together! “It’s going to be awkward between them,” says the source “because Jacque discreetly gave her number to Cody’s mom as she left.”
